The Bellperson/Valet provides exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, greeting guests upon arrival, and delivering a range of services designed to enhance the guest experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and well-supported during their stay. Carefully parking guest cars in a safe manner in the hotel garage. The ideal candidate will anticipate guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; inform guests about hotel facility locations and hours of operations; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Maintenance Engineer
(Engineering/Maintenance)
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment. This role will complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Assist in the repair, maintenance, upkeep, and replacement of the property's cosmetic materials (interior/exterior painting, patching of woodwork and furniture refinishing), in accordance with hotel standards, and will also assist in other areas of Engineering as assigned.

Front Office Agent
(Guest Services)
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Verify/adjust billing for guests. Communicate with appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room. Advise guest of messages. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns. File guest paperwork or documentation. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.

Line Cook

Reporting to the Culinary Management Team, the Line Cook will ensure that food is made to the exact specifications of the managing Chefs. Must be ready to work in a high pressure, fast paced work environment, while retaining organizational ability to see and act on work duties quickly and efficiently. Must follow the direction of managing Chefs in all aspects, including but not limited to portion control, station set up, mise en place, cleanliness, sanitation, food storage, breakdown and clean up. Must always maintain good safety standards. Must have an understanding and knowledge of how to use and maintain all equipment in the station and to cook food items as required by managing Chefs in a clean and timely manner.

Director of Engineering
(Engineering/Maintenance)
The Director of Engineering is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel. The engineer must be able to work independently, as well as with others. Responsibilities may include maintaining the exterior of the building, parking lot, and common areas, maintaining all equipment in guest rooms, conducting monthly safety inspections and training the staff on safety and emergency procedures, and working with vendors. The Director of Engineering must be willing to respond to emergencies, and work with corporate maintenance on special remodeling projects or capital expenditure needs. This position requires overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage.
