• Taskforce General Manager - Nationwide (General Manager)

  OverviewTask Force General Manager will provide both short and long-term task force coverage for any of the EOS Hospitality owned or managed properties serving as the acting General Manager, onsite leader of the hotel and represents the company with internal and external clients and communications. This position will be needed during times of transition, during a leave of absence or when assistance In training Is needed until a full-time General Manager is assigned. The length of the assignment(s) will be based on the specific needs of the property. Properties include independent as well as branded hotels, including Marriott and Hilton properties.

  Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Associate Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  The Associate Director of Sales supports the overall sales strategy, owns a personal sales portfolio and assigned market segment, and serves as a senior leader who can act on behalf of the Director of Sales when needed. Success in this role requires strong prospecting, account development, collaboration across Catering, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations, and the ability to convert opportunities into profitable group, corporate, association, leisure, and wedding business.

• Housekeeping Manager (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and luxury presentation throughout the resort. This role oversees all housekeeping operations — including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces — ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the resort’s five-star standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a pristine and welcoming environment.

• Baker (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Chico Hot Springs Bakery provides baked goods for all Chico F&B Outlets. This is a small department, with usually 2 or 3 Baker/Pastry employees, who work together to cover the daily needs of our restaurants and banquets. Typically our work day starts between 5 and 6am. Due to the small size of the department, we are looking for a very reliable person.
