• Taskforce General Manager - Nationwide (General Manager)

  OverviewTask Force General Manager will provide both short and long-term task force coverage for any of the EOS Hospitality owned or managed properties serving as the acting General Manager, onsite leader of the hotel and represents the company with internal and external clients and communications. This position will be needed during times of transition, during a leave of absence or when assistance In training Is needed until a full-time General Manager is assigned. The length of the assignment(s) will be based on the specific needs of the property. Properties include independent as well as branded hotels, including Marriott and Hilton properties.

• General Manager - Outer Bar and LiBAYtions (Food & Beverage)

  The General Manager of Outer Bar and LiBAYtions is responsible for the overall leadership, day-to-day operations, and financial performance of this outlet. This individual sets the standard for Forbes Five-Star service delivery, cultivates a high-performing team, and ensures an exceptional guest experience consistent with the Wequassett Resort brand. The General Manager serves as a key leader within the Food & Beverage division, collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue, uphold service excellence, and bring the unique energy of Outer Bar and LiBAYtions to life each season.

• Recreation Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Purpose: The Recreation Attendant is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by managing beach, pool, fitness, and activity areas.

• Guest Services & Recreation Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Purpose: The Guest Services & Recreation Supervisor plays a critical role in creating a positive first and last impression for resort guests and works with all departments to ensure guests have a great experience during their stay.
