Steward / Dishwasher

Reporting to the Culinary Management Team, the Steward/Dishwasher always ensures a clean and workable kitchen area by scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware, service ware and miscellaneous items and washing them by hand and/or the dishwashing machine. Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, flatware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and cutting boards for food service; clean and maintain all equipment and dish machine; take all trash to designated area; clean all trash receptacles and replace trash bags; sweep and mop areas designated by managing Chefs; and complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.

Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment. This role will complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Assist in the repair, maintenance, upkeep, and replacement of the property's cosmetic materials (interior/exterior painting, patching of woodwork and furniture refinishing), in accordance with hotel standards, and will also assist in other areas of Engineering as assigned.
