This role ensures that service standards are met, guest satisfaction is achieved, and all server-related tasks are executed efficiently. The Lead Server is also responsible for direction of new staff, addressing customer complaints, and assisting with day-to-day restaurant operations.

Service of food and beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner, resulting in high guest satisfaction. You will greet and engage guests in pleasant conversation with them to cultivate a hospitable, welcoming environment. The server may keep any additional tips. Our team is fun and hardworking. We look out for one another and expect nothing less from each other. We currently have part-time and full-time positions available.
