The AGM ensures that the resort’s facilities and services meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction while contributing to the profitability and efficiency of the resort. This individual will step in for the General Manager in their absence and work closely with department heads to streamline operations, resolve issues, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
