• Salt & Ash Executive Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations across Hawks Cay Resort, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation that align with brand standards. This role plays a key leadership position in menu development, kitchen management, staff training, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.

  A banquet set up crew member is responsible for setting up banquet tables and chairs for events, arranging table settings and linens, displaying centerpieces and decorations, assisting with the placement of audiovisual equipment, cleaning and maintaining event spaces, restocking supplies as needed, and providing exceptional customer service to guests

• Bartender / Mixologist - Salt + Ash (Bartender/Mixologist)

• Pool Server (Food & Beverage)

  We are looking for an experienced Server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. • Yoga Instructor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Yoga Instructor will guide students in the practice of yoga, including teaching yoga postures, leading breathing exercises, and encouraging a mindful approach to life.

  The Security Agent is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, team members, and resort property. This role requires a strong presence throughout the resort, proactive monitoring of activities, and quick, professional response to any incidents or emergencies. The Security Agent acts as a representative of the resort’s commitment to guest safety, service excellence, and a welcoming environment.
