• Line Cook - Salt & Ash (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Reporting to the Culinary Management Team Salt & Ash, the Line Cook will ensure that food is made to the exact specifications of the managing Chefs. Must be ready to work in a high pressure, fast paced work environment, while retaining organizational ability to see and act on work duties quickly and efficiently. Must follow the direction of managing Chefs in all aspects, including but not limited to portion control, station set up, mise en place, cleanliness, sanitation, food storage, break down and clean up. Must maintain good safety standards at all times. Must have an understanding and knowledge on how to use and maintain all equipment in the station and to cook food items as required by managing Chefs in a clean and timely manner.

• Purchasing Clerk (Operations)

  As the Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the plans and management of the received products and storage of all goods received daily. You will ensure a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms with EOS Hospitality, Hawks Cay, and the Florida department of health. As well as initiating purchase orders for equipment, storage items and small wares as requested by the Purchasing Manager. Other duties will include arranging service calls for kitchen equipment and coolers as requested by Purchasing Team

• Recreation Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Activities Attendant is responsible for assisting with organizing, facilitating, and supervising recreational activities for guests at a resort, hotel, recreational facility, or event venue. This position ensures that all activities are engaging, safe, and enjoyable, creating a positive and welcoming environment for all participants.

• Banquet Set Up Crew Member (Catering/Banquet)

  A banquet set up crew member is responsible for setting up banquet tables and chairs for events, arranging table settings and linens, displaying centerpieces and decorations, assisting with the placement of audiovisual equipment, cleaning and maintaining event spaces, restocking supplies as needed, and providing exceptional customer service to guests

• Spa Massage Therapist (Spa)

  Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing a range of massage and body scrub services. Experience with prenatal massage, hot stones, body scrubs, and wraps preferred. Dual license preferred but not required. Must actively participate in ongoing training and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of spa facility.

• F&B Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations at the various outlets onsite at Hawks Cay Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with brand standards. This role leads service excellence, profitability, team development, and operational efficiency across restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and special events.
