• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Reporting to the Culinary Management Team, the Line Cook will ensure that food is made to the exact specifications of the managing Chefs. Must be ready to work in a high pressure, fast paced work environment, while retaining organizational ability to see and act on work duties quickly and efficiently. Must follow the direction of managing Chefs in all aspects, including but not limited to portion control, station set up, mise en place, cleanliness, sanitation, food storage, break down and clean up. Must maintain good safety standards at all times. Must have an understanding and knowledge on how to use and maintain all equipment in the station and to cook food items as required by managing Chefs in a clean and timely manner.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations at the various outlets onsite at Hawks Cay Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with brand standards. This role leads service excellence, profitability, team development, and operational efficiency across restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and special events.

• Villa Owner Relations Coordinator (Guest Services)

  The Villa Owner Relations Coordinator is a key member of the Villa Operations team and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Villa Operations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day property management of villas within the Resort’s Rental Management Program and plays a central part in maintaining strong communication with Villa Owners, coordinating with internal Resort departments, conducting villa inspections, and working closely with third-party vendors to ensure proper maintenance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and able to manage complex tasks while communicating clearly and effectively.

• Director of Sales & Marketing (Sales & Marketing)

  The Director of Sales & Marketing is a key member of the Executive Committee, responsible for driving top-line revenue growth across all market segments for Hawks Cay Resort. This role leads sales, marketing, reservations, and revenue strategy to position the resort as the premier luxury destination in the Florida Keys. The DOSM will champion brand excellence, deliver profitable business mix, and build innovative campaigns that elevate national and international recognition of the resort.

• Spa Front Desk Agent (Spa)

  A Spa Front Desk Agent is one of the most valuable assets to the success of our business.
