Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order
• Greet and attend to customers upon entrance
• Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
• Take and deliver accurate orders promptly
• Answer questions and make recommendations for complementary items
• Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and positively

  Issue bills and process payments accurately

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a restaurant server or waiter/waitress
• Experience handling cashier duties is a plus
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
• Patience and a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
