Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, support, and motivate front-of-house staff including cashiers, servers, and bartenders
- Assigns stations, and duties to ensure efficient service flow
- Monitors staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training
- Trains and schedules team members
- Handle employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Performers duties of cashier, server, and bartender as needed
Guest Experience
- Ensure all guests receive friendly, prompt, and attentive service
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming, family-oriented environment
- Ensures staffing meets guest flow requirements
Operations Management
- Oversees opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations
- Monitor wait times and table turnover to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Cash Handling & Compliance
- Supervise cashiers and oversee cash handling procedures
- Ensure accuracy in transactions, register balancing, and end-of-shift reports
- Enforce responsible alcohol service standards for bartenders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor front-of-house supplies (menus, utensils, beverages, etc.)
- Assist with inventory control and ordering as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
