The Kingston Resorts is 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. The resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royal Palms. Responsibilities:

• Plans, supervises, and conducts various activities for our guests.
• Oversee the maintenance of all pool deck recreation/activity equipment, facilities and cabanas to ensure optimal quality and service.
• Process billing for recreation and activities.
• Interview, select, train and monitor performance activity of Lifeguards, Activities, and Cabana staff. Ensure all have required certification and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and be able to fill in when a lifeguard is needed.
• Greet and communicate with guests with a smile in a warm, friendly, and confident manner.
• Organize and conduct regular department meetings.
• Must be a strong swimmer and be able to pass the Red Cross swim test to be certified.
• Opportunity to earn commission on Cabana sales.
