  Perform cashiering and room service order taking duties as well assisting the team with setting up room service orders, amenities, boat deliveries and dressing room needs. • 2026 Maintenance Worker (Engineering/Maintenance)

Maintenance workers will assist in maintaining the physical functionality of the facility including our guest rooms, public space and back-of-the-house areas. Responsibilities include: assist maintenance department and contractors to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of all buildings in good working order. Duties include maintenance of: HVAC equipment; plumbing systems; machines; wood related cabinets, furniture, structures; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning and balancing new equipment; and painting, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs The role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.

The guest reception agent must provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests, creating a memorable impression with each guest interaction.

• 2026 Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of housekeeping personnel, ensuring resort standards are met and oversee cleanliness and appearance of all common areas. May supervise up to thirty (30) housekeepers. Must be able to carry up to 25lbs. of supplies up and down stairs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. One year housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort or private club required.

  Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food, ensuring resort standards are met, tracking inventory of food and equipment, and training servers on point-of sale system. May supervise up to thirty (30) Assistant Servers, Servers, Bartenders, Dishwashers, and Cooks. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

  Cape Cod's only Double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for kitchen stewards to assist its various restaurants and banquets. This position will clean, transport, and store all china, glass, flatware, and cookware used in our food and beverage outlets. This role plays an integral part in the successful operation of our restaurants and catered events.
