Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for Bartenders for its variety of restaurants, bars, and catered events. Our waterfront venues range from elegant to beachside chic and represent the best on the Cape. This individual would prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to resort specifications and interact with guests in a gracious and friendly manner. The position requires a knowledge of spirits, wine, and food and the ability to work as a team under pressure. The ability to anticipate guests needs and provide memorable experiences are keys to success in this capacity.
Perform cashiering and room service order taking duties as well assisting the team with setting up room service orders, amenities, boat deliveries and dressing room needs. Ensure the satisfaction of Wequassett Resort & Golf Club’s customers by consistently providing the highest quality of individualized service at a Forbes Five Star level.
Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training. Position offers great opportunity to develop to a server role.
