Compensation: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Membership Manager with administrative responsibilities including correspondence, filing, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage, Racquet Sports, Retail, Recreation, and other resort departments to fulfill member requests and ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with the planning and execution of member events and special programming as needed
- Anticipate member needs and deliver proactive, personalized service experiences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and database information
- Assist members with reservations, special requests, and issue resolution, acting as a liaison between members and resort amenities
- Respond to member communications via phone, email, and in person with a polished, courteous, and service-driven approach
- Handle confidential member information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support overall departmental success
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury resort, or private club environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on professional email correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
- Comfort and confidence collaborating across multiple departments and service teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance consistent with a luxury brand
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods, including member events
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour
