Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction & Cart Check Procedures:

• Conduct pre-trip inspections of golf carts with guests using a standardized checklist.
• Review and complete post-trip inspections with guests upon return, documenting any damage or discrepancies.
• Ensure all carts are returned in good condition, free from tape, decorations, or unauthorized alterations.
• Address and document guest concerns related to cart performance or condition.

Maintenance & Operational Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, including but not limited to:
• Tire changes
• Wheel bearing repairs
• Battery testing and charging
• Light mechanical fixes
• Ensure all golf carts are clean, safe, and fully operational before guest use.
• Monitor charging stations and battery performance; report any recurring issues.
• Notify the Chief Engineer or Facilities Manager for advanced or complex repairs outside the scope of routine maintenance.

Coordination & Administrative Tasks:

• Review the daily report of inbound and outbound guests (provided by management) to prepare carts accordingly.
• Maintain accurate logs for inspection sheets, maintenance records, and incident reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Front Desk, Facilities) for special cart requests or large group bookings.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in maintenance or equipment inspection role.
• Experience interacting with guests or customers in a service-oriented environment.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools.
• Will involve weekend or holiday shifts based on operational needs.
