Description
Responsibilities include understanding and performing to the daily tasks of maintenance related calls, special task completion, and understanding the mechanical and physical make up of the property.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent/HVAC licensure/Universal CFC Certification
- English Speaking is Pre-Intermediate
- At least 3 years in Engineering/Facilities maintenance field
- Leadership Personality

Job Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance calls
- Perform repairs in the aspect of plumbing, heating, HVAC, guest room maintenance.
- Perform daily data readings on specific equipment/meters including meeting room and public space temperatures.
- Communicate effectively to all departments regarding engineering tasks.
- Respond to all emergency situations including fire alarms, bomb threats, and notify the proper authorities in such cases.
- Understand and operate certain central plant equipment.
- Handle all mechanic areas.
- Provide preventative maintenance on mechanical related heat pumps, motors, fans.
- Provide comprehensive parts and material orders.
- Support all department concerns.
- Provide support to Chief Engineer.
