Key Responsibilities

• Drive Group & Event Sales Across the Portfolio

  Develop, negotiate, and close group bookings for rallies, reunions, conferences, weddings, and special events. Set and achieve annual revenue goals by property.

• Build and Maintain Sponsorships & Local Partnerships

  Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and regional vendors to enhance visibility, secure sponsorships, and support resort programming.

• Develop Packages & Programs to Maximize Occupancy

  Design and sell creative “stay-and-play” packages that boost midweek and off-season occupancy while enhancing guest engagement.

• Expand Rally & Conference Bookings

  Target RV clubs, hobby groups, and organizations for multi-day events. Build relationships with coordinators and manage all logistics through Campspot and related systems.

• Enhance Sales Operations & Reporting Systems

  Oversee CRM and Campspot functions to track leads, generate contracts, and maintain reporting accuracy. Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to align promotions and maximize ROI.

• Continue Development of Property Welcome Books

  Use the established Myrtle Beach template to create guest welcome books for North Shore and Orange Beach, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, resort, or event sales (multi-property or regional experience preferred).

• Strong background in group and event booking, contract negotiation, and relationship management.

• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency with CRM software and property management systems (Campspot experience a plus).

• Ability to travel periodically to New Orleans, LA, and Orange Beach, AL.
