Position Summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Seasonal Cabana Attendant to help provide an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for managing cabana rentals, maintaining clean and guest-ready cabana areas, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with cabana check-in and check-out procedures.
• Communicate with Front Office staff via radio to ensure cabana assignments are accurate and payments have been processed.
• Maintain accurate rental records and documentation.
• Conduct daily inspections of cabanas and reset them between guest rentals.
• Ensure cabanas are clean, stocked, organized, and ready for guest use.
• Monitor cabana equipment and promptly report maintenance or inventory concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep of cabana areas.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning products and chemicals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, sun exposure, and light rain.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
