Description

• Receive, store, and distribute food items, supplies, and equipment to kitchen and F&B outlets.
• Assist in basic food prep duties such as chopping, portioning, or packaging per hotel standards.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) of all items in cold storage and dry goods areas.
• Maintain inventory logs, track stock levels, and report shortages or spoilage to the manager.
• Assist with daily requisitions and deliveries to various hotel kitchens or banquet functions.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the commissary and storage areas.
• Ensure all food and supply items meet quality and safety guidelines before distribution.
• Assist with unloading supplier deliveries and checking accuracy against purchase orders.
• Collaborate with kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth coordination and operation.
• Follow all hotel policies, food safety guidelines, and HACCP protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a hotel kitchen, commissary, or storeroom environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
