Description

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Enforce pool rules and safety policies to ensure a secure environment
• Distribute and collect pool towels; deliver used towels to housekeeping
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, including sweeping, raking, and trash removal
• Restock and tidy private cabanas
• Organize and arrange pool furniture as needed
• Assist with poolside activities and events

Requirements:

• Naturally friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with guests
• Confident in independently enforcing pool policies
• Physically capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours in outdoor conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
