Position Summary

Servers are trusted ambassadors of the restaurant’s culinary philosophy, delivering curated hospitality and knowledgeable guidance through Chef Jeremy Ford’s menu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide refined, attentive service tailored to each guest
  • Demonstrate mastery of food & beverage offerings including ingredients, sourcing, and preparation techniques
  • Confidently present tasting menus, pairings, and chef features
  • Manage timing, pacing, and coordination with BOH teams
  • Uphold luxury standards in service etiquette, communication, and polished presentation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in fine dining required
  • Strong wine and beverage knowledge; formal training preferred
  • Poised under pressure with a guest-first mindset

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk 8-10 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (wine cases, trays, and more)
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and polished tray carrying
  • Clear verbal communication in busy, high-volume settings
