Chico Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa is seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our morning dining team. This is a great opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic setting with a strong team and supportive leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests warmly and explain breakfast buffet offerings
Provide timely, professional food and beverage service
Deliver checks promptly and accurately
Bus and reset tables to maintain a clean dining room
Complete daily opening and closing duties
Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards
Participate in morning team huddles and stay informed
Support teammates, accept direction, and maintain a positive work environment
- Willing to Serve, Bus, Host, and Buffet Run as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous restaurant or guest-facing experience preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of bar basics and menu items a plus
Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to serve alcohol - no prior bartending experience needed
TIPS and First Aid/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
