Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the pool in a warm and friendly manner, creating an immediate sense of welcome
• Escort guests to lounge chairs and arrange towels to ensure comfort from the moment they arrive
• Serve light snacks poolside with attentiveness and a gracious demeanor
• Provide amenities to guests including sunscreen, water, and additional towels upon request
• Manage reservations for pool cabanas, ensuring an organized and seamless experience
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively before requests are made
• Engage beach and pool-side activities with resort’s younger guests, creating a fun and family-friendly atmosphere
• Assist with special events including dive-in movie nights, theme parties, and seasonal programming
• Ensure all pool and recreation areas are maintained to pristine Forbes Five-Star standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment preferred
• Genuine enjoyment of social interaction and guest-facing service
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-first mindset
• Comprehensive training will be provided

Rate of Pay: $15 - $17 / hour plus gratuities
