Conference Services Manager

As Conference Services Manager you are responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. You will be required to ensure a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. In this role, you will serve as the event planner's primary contact following turnover on property and is responsible for his/her experience.

Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests, and to ensure that all guest experiences are distinctively supreme. Assume all responsibility in the absence of Director of Housekeeping, ensuring that all cleaning and service standards/procedures are delivered consistently and that employees are motivated with demonstrated team work in support of the Room division.
