Description
Position Overview:
As a Painter at the Sanderling Resort, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and physical condition of the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and painting of interior and exterior of buildings.
- Inspecting buildings for any painting or repairs.
- Patching and repairs to drywall and trim.
- Ensuring rooms are painted in a neat and presentable manner.
- Staining, finishing, and painting of indoor and outdoor furniture.
- Maintaining the inventory of paints and materials.
- Clean-up of equipment and surroundings upon completion.
- Assisting other team members as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience with high quality painting is essential
- Experience using paint sprayers.
- Ability to work on own and part of a team.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in the use of basic tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and comply with deadlines for work assignments.
