Position Summary

The On-Call Esthetician provides professional skincare and spa services to guests at Hawks Cay Resort. This position supports the spa team during peak periods, high occupancy, and special events by delivering high-quality facial treatments and exceptional guest service that reflects the resort’s luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation treatments, and skin analysis.
• Recommend and apply appropriate skincare products based on guest skin type and concerns.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with spa protocols and resort service standards.
• Promote and recommend spa retail products and additional treatments to enhance guest experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after services.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Provide a welcoming, relaxing environment for guests.
• Respond to on-call scheduling requests and maintain flexible availability during peak resort periods.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Esthetician or Facial Specialist license.
• Previous spa or resort experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements during treatments.
• Ability to lift spa supplies and equipment as needed (up to ~25 lbs).
