Position Summary
The Bartender crafts innovative, world-class cocktails and delivers an elevated bar experience consistent with Michelin-driven standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cocktails featuring seasonal ingredients and thoughtful technique
- Maintain bar with impeccable organization and cleanliness
- Provide engaging but refined interaction with guests
- Curate and recommend pairings aligned with Chef Ford’s culinary direction
- Maintain product knowledge including spirits, wine, and luxury beverages
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years in craft cocktail or fine-dining bar leadership
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology
- Passion for creativity, precision, and hospitality
