We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Activities Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute recreational and entertainment activities for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a creative approach to programming, and excellent leadership skills to oversee a team and ensure a fun, engaging, and safe experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide variety of recreational activities (e.g., arts & crafts, games, sports, cultural programs, fitness classes, special events).
• Supervise and train activity staff, seasonal workers, and volunteers.
• Create monthly/weekly/daily activity schedules and promotional materials.
• Interact with guests and participants to promote programs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage department budget, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and align with company standards.
• Partner with other departments (F&B, Marketing, Front Desk) to coordinate guest experience.
• Monitor feedback and continuously improve programming.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recreation, hospitality, or event planning; 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead group activities and engage diverse age groups.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
