Spa Coordinator

Description

As the Spa Coordinator at Hawks Cay Resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking rejuvenation, relaxation, and an elevated wellness experience. This role is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, coordinating appointments, supporting the spa team, and ensuring every guest receives a seamless and personalized experience. You’ll work closely with spa therapists and leadership to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet spa guests with professionalism and warmth, providing an inviting and tranquil environment.
  • Manage spa appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling using spa management software.
  • Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding services, products, and spa policies.
  • Coordinate daily spa operations
  • Maintain accurate records of guest services, preferences, and payment history.
  • Monitor cleanliness and readiness of spa facilities, working with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of spa products and supplies.
  • Promote retail products and assist with merchandising to meet sales goals.
  • Support spa staff with administrative and operational needs.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and to satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or wellness is a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or customer service environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Calm, professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
