F+B Supervisor

Description

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the resort’s dining outlets, bars, and/or banquets. This role ensures exceptional guest service, maintains high standards of quality and cleanliness, and supports the F&B management team by supervising staff, monitoring performance, and assisting with training. The F&B Supervisor leads by example and fosters a positive, professional work environment while helping drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of assigned restaurants, lounges, or banquet functions.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and assist with training and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling, labor management, and payroll monitoring.
  • Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of events, dining shifts, or bar operations.
  • Maintain inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and beverage items.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a resort or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and F&B operations.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Food safety and alcohol service certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) preferred.
